Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Chase CMMS is a web-based "hosted" application that is available over the internet using a standard web browser. This offers the benefit of full CMMS functionality without having to worry about all the IT related issues. By simply logging into the website you will be able to have a fully functional CMMS application available at any time, from any location.

Modules within the system interact to tie the information found in the purchasing process, inventory management and the work order/PM process together in one place. Equipment, Inventory, Purchasing, Work Order and Preventative Maintenance modules work together to help your facility track costs as well as your budget.

Integrated into the Work Order and Inventory process is a Warranty Tracking process that will allow the identification of the potential for a warranty replacement of used inventory items. A daily scheduling function in the Work Order module can assist in the assignment of maintenance personnel. There are imbedded reports that show management the current status of their budgets and the costs associated with their budgets.

Chase CMMS provides a complete package, however, most of the Modules can operate as independent functions. For example, the PM module may be used alone, and not require interfacing with most of the other modules. The Modules are not sold independently.
